Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation, Privacy, Reschedule and Refund Policy

All services and packages are considered final sale, and no refunds will be granted.

For online appointments, please note that if you fail to provide the requested photos as per the shared instructions prior to your appointment, your session will be cancelled, and a rescheduling and cancellation fee of $100 will be applied in this case. We appreciate your attention to detail in complying with all pre-appointment requirements to ensure a successful and timely experience.

Swatch Wallet: We do not assume responsibility for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or charges incurred during international shipping. Customers are advised to check and address customs regulations in their destination country. For orders outside North America, Swatch Wallets are sent via airmail without insurance or tracking.

Privacy Policy:

All photos and client information obtained are private and will be used solely for colour analysis purposes. We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of our clients' data. Your photos will remain desecrate unless you provide your consent for us to use it for promotional purposes on social media.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. However, when you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, it not only affects our business but also prevents other clients from being seen during that time.

 

Therefore, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $100. This fee will be added to your account and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

Please be aware that there is a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes for appointments. If you arrive later than 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered cancelled. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the specified time to ensure efficient service delivery.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time will also be considered a no-show, and the applicable $100 no-show fee will be charged.

Second missed appointment is NOT legible for a rebooking. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Rescheduling Policy:

 

We also understand that sometimes unexpected events may occur, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. We allow our clients to reschedule their appointments within 48 hours of the scheduled time due to unforeseen events.

 

If you need to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable time that works for both parties.

 

However, if you fail to provide prior notice and do not show up for the rescheduled appointment, the no-show fee of $100 will apply.

For couples and group appointments, make sure to show up at the same time, otherwise, your appointment would need to be rescheduled.
