Privacy Policy

All photos and client information obtained are private and will be used exclusively for color analysis purposes. We are dedicated to ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of our clients’ data. Your photos will remain confidential unless you give consent for us to use them for promotional purposes on social media.

Refund Policy

• All purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns for any items.
• Refunds are not available for any products. Once a transaction is completed, it is non-refundable.
• This policy applies to all products and purchases. Ensure your complete satisfaction before finalizing the transaction.

No-Show Policy

• If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without providing prior notice, you will be charged a no-show fee of $100. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
• There is a maximum waiting period of 15 minutes for appointments. If you arrive later than 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered canceled, and the $100 no-show fee will be charged.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes beyond the scheduled appointment time will also be considered a no-show, and the $100 no-show fee will apply.
• The second missed appointment is not eligible for rebooking, and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling Policy

• We understand that unforeseen events may sometimes require you to reschedule your appointment. Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
• If you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and arrange a mutually convenient alternative time.
• However, failure to provide prior notice or missing a rescheduled appointment will result in a no-show fee of $100.
• For couples and group appointments, please ensure all participants arrive together. Otherwise, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. However, failing to show up for your appointment without prior notice affects our business and prevents other clients from being seen during that time.

Online Appointment Policy

For online appointments, if you do not provide the requested photos according to the provided instructions prior to your appointment, your session will be canceled. A rescheduling and cancellation fee of $100 will be applied. We appreciate your attention to detail in meeting all pre-appointment requirements to ensure a successful and timely experience.
