Terms and Conditions

1. Privacy Policy

    • All client photos and personal data are treated as strictly confidential. Information submitted during any service—whether in-person or online—is stored securely, considered essential, and used solely for the purpose of delivering your services.
    • Photos or data may only be used for promotional purposes with explicit client consent. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data.

2. Intellectual Property

    • All digital products, content, and materials—including PDF guides, video lessons, color palettes, and other educational resources—are the intellectual property of Agile Styling and are protected by copyright laws.
    • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written permission.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds are issued for digital products, color analysis services, or appointments.

    • Please ensure your selection is correct before completing your purchase.
    • All downloadable content and sessions are non-returnable and non-refundable once access is granted.

4. Appointment Policies

a. No-Show Policy

    • Clients who miss appointments without notice will be charged a $100 no-show fee.
    • Appointments will be canceled if the client is more than 15 minutes late.
    • After two missed appointments, rebooking is not permitted.

b. Rescheduling Policy

    • Appointments can be rescheduled with no penalty up to 72 hours in advance.
    • Changes made within 72 hours are subject to availability.
    • A $100 fee applies to late rescheduling or missed rescheduled appointments.

c. Group Appointments

    • All participants must be present at the time of the appointment.
    • If members are late or missing, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

d. Online Appointment Requirements

    • Required photos and information must be submitted at least 24 hours prior.
    • Failure to provide correct materials will result in cancellation and a $100 rescheduling fee.

5. Digital Product Delivery

    • Digital products will be delivered via email or available in the Client Portal.
    • Ensure you have the correct email address and access to our client platform to retrieve your files.
    • Download links or access instructions will be sent after your purchase is confirmed. If you do not receive them, please check your spam folder or contact support.

6. Membership Access

    • Products that include membership access (e.g., Ultimate Club) come with separate login details.
    • Clients will receive instructions for accessing private content such as Zoom sessions and exclusive community groups.

7. Limitation of Liability

    • Agile Styling is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
    • All services are provided “as-is.”


8. Client Acknowledgement and Website Posting

    • By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
    • With your express permission, Agile Styling may feature client transformations, testimonials, and images on its website or social platforms. Consent for promotional use will be explicitly requested and must be granted in writing or by digital agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.
